I'm a licensed real estate agent with United Country Texas Real Estate Associates, and I own an 89-acre working ranch in Bridgeport, Texas. I specialize in land, barndominiums, farm and ranch properties, lake properties, and commercial land across nine North Texas counties: Wise, Montague, Jack, Parker, Palo Pinto, Hood, Clay, Young, and Cooke.

I'm not a suburban agent who dabbles in land. I live this life. I run cattle. I manage an agricultural exemption. I've navigated well drilling, septic permitting, fencing, county regulations, and every other reality of owning rural property in Texas. When I help a client evaluate a property, I'm drawing on personal experience — not just MLS data.

Before real estate, I spent 27 years as a senior copywriter and content strategist for companies including E! Networks, NBC Universal, Yahoo, Best Buy, and Dallas Market Center. That background means I bring sharp marketing and negotiation skills to every listing and transaction. I was also a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader in 1991 — proof that I’ve never been afraid to put myself out there.

I created The Ranch Desk as a platform for land education — helping buyers understand what to look for, how to finance land, how to navigate due diligence, and how to build on rural property in North Texas.
